Weird things your cat eats
Had a male a few years back that loved most fruit (raspberries were a favorite), raw tomatoes, green olives (tried to actually fish one out of a martini once), and roses. All of my cats have enjoyed the liquid from canned mushrooms for some inexplicable reason (the salt or ascorbic acid, maybe?), even the new girl who's not particularly impressed with human food. What strange things do your cats eat?

2. Our dear departed Bela Ferenc Blasko loved bread!
Bread, fresh muffins, doughnuts...

God I miss him.

He was the best cat I ever had.

(BTW, Bela Ferenc Blasko was Bela Lugosi's birth name.)

3. my kitty Manilla
loves yogurt--he goes nuts every time that I open a container. I guess that's not all that unusual.

4. Quinn ate jalapeno seeds the other day and never showed any
distaste for them. I'll see if he comes back for more next time I cook up some mexican food :).

6. Plants and plastic.
That cat will sit and scratch at the outside of the desert terrarium trying to get to the plants inside. He is a terrible plant muncher--to the point that I can't keep fresh flowers or a floral arrangement in the house.

His really odd chew toy, however, is plastic. He's chewed the feet off my daughter's Barbie and off her toy lizards. I joke that he's really a billy goat, but I worry that someday he'll swallow some and be sick.

9. One of my cats likes mini-marshmallows
My other cat likes Doritos! Ice cream, too, but I don't give her but a lick of that because dairy gives cats the runs.
