I saw the worst facelift I've ever seen tonight.

Seriously...her face could not have been worse without the facelift than it was with the facelift. I kept thinking "Joan Rivers times TWELVE!" This was in a restaurant with dim lighting and not much reflecting back upward, so the ridges extending the lips were very noticible. I understand why people have plastic surgery...I don't know why she'd have this plastic surgery.
