Every message you report trains your SpamGuard Plus filters to work better

Unfortunately, my (Yahoo) SpamGuard Plus filters are untrainable. I've told it a zillion times that certain messages are NOT SPAM and it puts them there anyway!

2. It's a real pain...

We got "upgraded" to the Yahoo deal because we have dsl through SNET / SBC...I can't just tell it to throw away the spam because it has WAY tooo many "false positives" including stuff like traffic reports from my hosting company. I've been bitching at them to change to BrightMail spam filtering, which really works, but will they listen to me? No.

It's not just you. Not that that's any consolation.

3. I forward mail to my yahoo account from other accounts

so I can store it at home- and everything coming from me goes into the bulk folder. There are some regualar subscription emails that always go there too. It drives me nuts.
