1. I Wonder if There's Any Truth to That Adage

As an adolescent I went on a fishing trip with Explorer Scouts to northern Manitoba and encountered more biting flies, mosquitoes & no-see-ums than I had ever seen in my life. The winters get pretty stinking cold there, so they must have some way of getting through it unscathed.
