Fake Newspaper Internet Site on DU

Trying to access DU's collective memory here.

A year or so ago, a DUer started a post linking to a US newspaper internet site, saying basically "Take a look. There's something wrong with this site."

I agreed -- it didn't look like a real newspaper. Professionally done, but no specialization, no local flavor, no archives, back pages, depth, or breadth. Seemed like a demo site or a front for something.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Any idea how to find that site again?

Given the developments with Talon News, it might be fruitful to look at anyone associated with a site like this to see what they have been up to. I thought it was bookmarked, but for the life of me I can't find it or figure out how to locate it.
