W. is "thinking": "How the hell am I supposed to answer that? I SAID we're in a turn-around, didn't I. Now they keep asking me for reasons. Do I have to do EVERYthing? Geez. Maybe I'll tell them to look them up for themselves, and that's what a library's for. Yeah . . . that's the ticket."
