Goood Morning DU!
:hug: How is everyone this morning? Cold here, a beautiful half inch of snow on the ground. :) I do have to admit that the past few days have been wonderful, and a special thanks to a certain someone who has made that possible.

Hope everyone else is having a GREAT morning! Wake up, have some :donut: and tell me how your morning is starting off.

1. I woke up at 3:00 a.m. PST -
and started playing around with my site.

It's slightly cool outside here in my little valley, but we're expecting a day of sunshine and temperatures in the 60s.

I've been "on vacation" from politics - 2 weeks now - and I'm starting to remember what it was like to be shallow! :)

5. Treating me well
Spent last week in NC, drove back home Sunday in time to go to work, managed to stay up 38 hours in that stretch.
Only play I had in the snow was to shovel and use the snow blower. Hope to get out and X-C ski this afternoon. Not too cold out, but the wind will pick up.

My parents live there in the winter. They started going down when I was still in High School, so pretty much I was on my own for most of the winter.:beer:
but I digress...at a bunch of seafood and bar b que!

9. not a whole lot
walking on the beach was the main entertainment. Still a bit too chilly to get in the water, and with my wife still recovering from surgury, we were not up for much more.
Nice to see the old folks however. Difficult to see my mother using a walker however

45. It doesn't seem like we
goto anymore snow. The temperature dropped to 16 degrees ~ YIKES!, but it's supposed to warm up into the 30's later this week. Sheesh, it'll be like a heatwave!! ;-)

It's great to be here this am and always great to see you, sweetie!! Hope today's a good one. Don't worry about that house situation - I honestly believe that will never stand up in court!

70. Honey, because I literally can't think with all this hair! AND
because when it gets this long, it is FRAZZLED! I pulled the hood of my parka off when I got into the building and three inches of hair stood straight up off the top of my head!

And I'm back from vacation and I really don't want to be at work.

They do the computer support for the company. He found out the new pay scale for his job--they're going to cut his pay by one-third. :(
