Pen ink on leather - anything to do?
I got a phone call and in 2 seconds while my back was turned, my 2 year old daughter found a stray ball point pen & put blue lines all over my wife's nice light colored leather shoes.

Any solutions?

Good luck.

6. If the rubbing alcohol tastes too bitter, give wife a screwdriver.

2. If the Alcohol doesn't do it try hair spray.
It worked on my couch to get the last bit that the alcohol left behind.

3. Here's some places to look
from google:

Can they be dyed black? Can always use another pair of black shoes.

4. If you use the rubbing alcohol
Follow up with some kind of leather conditioner - alcohol can dry out the leather.

Give your wife $250 and tell her to treat herself to a new pair of shoes. :-)

7. $250? WOW!!!! Amazona must buy some damn fine shoes!
For $200, I'll come to your house,
take a dump on those shoes,
and take ALL the blame from your wife!

Throw in a sandwich, and I'll bust a window so you can tell her it was a break-in!
