I still have a hangover

Will I get better soon? I feel dry but I feel iller every time that I drink water. Should I keep drinking it anyway. Would it be a good thing or a bad thing to take a few hits of pot? For those of you who missed my thread, I drank a lot of beer (probably around 7 or 8) and was very drunk. I had not gotten drunk (seriously) in over two year and do not drink alcohol regularly. When I had gotten majorly drunk in the past, I had no hangoever or only a mild one that went away right away because I puked when I had to much and generally drank vodka or some mixed drink with juice in it. I really am ignorant on this.

It's the best thing you can do. Also take some pain reliever and some Pepto if your stomache is feeling bad. I think the main thing that causes a hangover is dehydration so drink all the fluids you can.

All of my heavy drinking buds always recommend a little more alcohol as the best way to cure a hangover... but only a little bit. And it's supposed to be the same type of whatever caused the hangover in the first place... so if it was beer that got you in this state, sip a little beer if you think you can stomach it. I think the theory is that a lot of the hangover symptoms are much like withdrawl symptoms, so putting a little back in seems to help. Apparently, that's why the bloody mary was invented - as a hangover cure.

It works for them. They got slurring, stumbling plowed last night, bit the dog that bit them this morning, and now they're already back to pounding them down for another drunk.
