So no Belle and Sebastian calendar for me
So for one bright and shining moment I forgot how far in the crapper our currency is, and I see that the Belle and Sebastian calendar over on their site is on sale for about 5 pounds because it's already March.

With S&H it comes out to 12 pounds 80, and I think that's not that bad. Then I convert it and realize it'd be approximately $24.50. Argh! I can splurge occasionally, but that's still a bit much for me to spend on a calendar right now.

Alan Greenspan...I bite my thumb at you, sir.

3. Belle and Sebastian, the band
You're messing with me aren't you? :)

The cartoon seems familiar, but I'm not sure if I actually watched it or I just think I remember watching it. For some reason, I don't remember everything I did before the age of ten.

Thanks for responding to my message, pabsungenis.

6. Great cartoon. The little girl and her big dog.
I used to watch it all the time as a little kid in my gran's house in the West End of Glasgow.
Why would you want a calendar about a weird French kids cartoon?

9. Yay!
Good to see another B&S fan :hi:

"Sleep the Clock Around" is a good choice from "The Boy with the Arab Strap." If I had to pick a favorite from the album, it would probably be the title track.

7. They're signed to Matador
Is there any way to get a calendar printed in the US?

8. I checked the Matador site
They've got their DVD and CD's, but I see no calendars.

The band does their merchandising through Banchory, a Scottish company.
