What is the make of your monitor?
Approximately how old is it?
Did this happen all of a sudden, or over time?

3. Dell M991 - 4yrs
I went to their support forums after posting here and there's TONS of complaints about the focus on this monitor. Gonna call them in the morning, because it looks like a lot of these people are getting their monitors replaced.

It seems to be a manufacturing defect which has effected a lot of people. I hope Dell resolves it quickly for you.

It happened to me with a Princeton -- now I have a Mag, at a fraction of the price of the Princeston, and it kicks butt.
