3. I make the BEST Wiener Schnitzel you have ever tasted though.
Actually, I have done the same thing with chicken breast fillets which many times I must cut in half as they are too thick.
MMMMmmmmm....good eating.

6. you need
veal, eggs, flour, bread crumbs, salt & pepper

Cut the veal into at least finger thick fillets, so they can be pounded well. After pounding flat dip both sides into the flour. Blend the eggs with one tbsp. oil and some salt and pepper and pull the fillets through this mixture. Finally, lay the fillets into the bread-crumbs, which should cover all meat, but do not press the bread-crumbs on to the meat with your fingers or they will become hard when frying. Fry in a small amount of oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. The fillets should become a golden brown.

Serve the Schnitzels with salad and french fries and a salad

11. No, here is my recipe...
Veal or chicken cutlets finger thick, dip in flour, then in whipped egg only, then dip in bread crumbs to which some salt has been added...not too much salt.
Then fry in only butter. Fry to golden brown.
You can also do this with boneless pork chops.
Veal is my favorite of course, but under this administration....only for the wealthy.

12. well, veal is the original meat
Wiener Schnitzel is made of. Otherwise it isn't allowed to be called that. Only Schnitzel nach Wiener Art. But you are right, it tastes with pork or chicken also

13. Krispy Kreme.
Clinton had a major love for them. The glazed donuts there only taste good when they are hot and fresh from the fryer. They have a light that goes on when they have a fresh batch done.

Im Deutschland ausser Berlin Sie kann sind ein Berliner und sind eine Baeckeriespezialitaten. Nicht im Berlin. Im Berlin das Mitbergers sind Berliners und die Pfannkuchen sind Baeckeriespezialitaten.

33. Why not?
I'm a Hamburger from Germany.

But are you Northamericans really aware of, that these "Frankfurters" were called Frankfurters in the U.S.A. too, until World War 1. They were relaunched as "Hot Dogs" just like French Fries were "relaunched" as "Freedom Fries" during the Iraq-Invasion?
And what is this thing going on with Northamericans and white bread???
The original Frankfurter didn't happen between a bread and the meat was much better. The same is true for Hamburgers. Hot Dogs are just low quality american style frankfurter between two slices of low quality bread.

I hope this is going well over the other side of the atlantic...

Dirk
