DU, I need to whine and get a hug!
I have the damn Flu. I have been up almost all night. I a VERY TIRED!! This the Influenza "B". So its the Flu that is in your lungs. I already have mild Ashman and I can't breath worth a shit right now. It is even worst when I lay down. I am miserable! If I didn't have DU, I would be going insane right now.

On the bright side, It could be worst and I'm sure some people here have far worst medical problems then me. So heres a HUGE  to them and I could use a few in return.

Love You Du'ers. Thanks for the sanity.

6. awwwww, poor baby.
:loveya:

My mom would tell me to eat some chicken noodle soup, crackers, and a sprite/7up, and get in bed!

Can you get your dr. to give you a breathing treatment? When I get bronchitis, it messes up my asthma badly. I pop in and get a treatment and I can breathe again! (I now have a home nebulizer, so I only have to do it when I am out of liquid albuterol, but it's the same thing) I feel for you man, it feels like an elephant is sitting on your chest!

7. I'm good to go

We have a nebulizer and a fresh pack of liquid albuterol ( my 2 year old daughter has asthma too). I have my inhalers and got some pill steroids from the doctor today. So now i just have to do my part and play the waiting game.

I feel bad for my wife. I am sick (and I turn into a 6'1" 240lb baby when I am sick) both of my daughters are sick with the same thing, Plus she runs a in home daycare, so some of the kids are getting sick now. We warned the parents right when this started when my 2yo got it. Unfortunately they are all working parents couldn't afford to stay at home with their kids. My wife is a saint. On top of that yesterday was her Birthday and all she did was take care of us. I really need to get creative when i get better and make it up to her.

8. it's nice you're staying grateful
Edited on Fri Mar-04-05 06:31 AM by Kire
that'll keep you sane

I hope you're seeing a good doctor and following his/her advice.

that'll get you well

PS Do you know the serenity prayer? It's not just for alcoholics. I know some people that have gotten into states like that who have nothing left but to say the serenity prayer over and over until "this too shall pass" and all. Of course, you're allowed to be an atheist if you like, but I'm just trying to think of things that have helped me.
