I never realized how much I love sax
This morning the coffee stand had on "Best of the Waitresses", and they were playing "Christmas Wrapping". The little sax bit in the middle makes that song, and made my morning.

I fell in love with the Boss back in the 70s because of Clarence Clemons -- The Big Man is who puts the joy and energy into "Rosalita".

Bruce w/o the E Street Band, without Clarence? No thanks.

In college, I used to listen alot to AWB, John Klemmer, Spyro Gyra, Tower of Power, and Crusaders -- bands definitely known for their brass. But other bands know what's important, too: Steely Dan, Steve Winwood (Arc of a Diver gives me chills) Dave Matthews (Under the Table and Dreaming), even PFunk and Jimmy Buffett - not artists where the first thing you think of is saxaphone, but they know when to bring it in.

Anyone else love sax? Any specific songs come to mind?
