Still trying to look for counseling.
But, without money or insurance it seems to be too hard. Nobody wants to help me.

2. I don't go to school.
I have said this before. I didn't go back this semester because I sucked last semester and I lost my student loan anyway. How many times to I have to say that I have failed? I have failed at this just like with everything else. How many times do I have to say it? I failed. I failed.

7. Ok...the first thing you need to do...
is find out if your city/county has a crisis hotline you can call to talk to someone. They can deal with any immediate issue you have and can probably direct you to somewhere inexpensive or even free where you can get longer term help.

4. You might check if your county has a mental health clinic
Or get with a social worker. They probably know where all the cheap therapy resides in your area.

12. I called my county mental health facility.
They work with people that are worse off than I am. Since I am not insane enough, they won't help me.

9. Some counselors/therapists
will help you on a "sliding scale" fee. Maybe check that out, and while it might not be free, it might be affordable.

13. Call these numbers and see if any of them offer sliding scale
I used to go to a clinic that was sliding scale and I would pay about $25 a week - well worth it.
