WV State Representative severely beaten outside gay bar
Just heard this on the local news. He is the only openly gay WV State
Representative, who happens to be a Republican. He says he wasn't beaten up because of his sexual orientation but because he is a Republican. Would this be a hate crime or a justifiable beating?

Seriously, I doubt he was beaten for being a republican.

No republican should ever be physically assaulted for their views. Just being a republican is punishment enough.

7. He was in a gay bar so I assume the gays beat him up
I guess that is why he said it wasn't because of his sexaul orentation.
