Poll question: Should I post a running tally of days until Bush captures bin Laden?

I mean, what the hell...our Prezznint Butch DID say yesterday that "stopping" bin Laden is "the greatest challenge of our day."

SO...my proposal is this:

Every day on DU I will post "Greatest Challenge, Day XX: bin Laden, running, but NOT hiding"...

or something to that effect.

We KNOW that our Leader has been relentlessly pursuing this MADMAN since Sept. 11, 2001. We KNOW that even though it's been almost 42 months since that day, we could turn on our TV TODAY and hear someone (but probably not Paul Bremer again) saying "Ladies and Gentlemen...(dramatic pause)...we GOT 'IM."

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!

...Bush's Saturday radio addresses, reminding us of how he's doing on his "greatest challenge."

That is, unless he just forgets it for another three years...

5. That's even better than the number of weeks it will take to catch him!

...and then we can start a new tally when we TAKE BACK THE WHITE HOUSE in 2008. My guess is the number of days will be fewer than the Bush tally.

But we all KNOW that if a new Democratic Commander In Chief nailed OBL, Bush would step forward and take credit for "paving the way," or some other such nonsense.
