Not to be stereotypical or racist, but are black men ....

able to get away with more forwardness when hitting on a women? Or are white men just naturally less aggressive?
If a black man tells a woman "you so fine", would that be more acceptable than if a white man said it?
I went to school with 33 percent blacks and I was always amazed at how much they could get away with when hitting on girls.
