Now, this curious old lady from California would like to know the meaning of your DU name. How's about it? Hmmmm?

(Well, a little bit old!)

11. It is a long story.
I was off of work for the day back in the spring of 95, and I was outside on the patio of my apartment soaking in some sun and drinking a beer. And I went inside to grab another beer and when I came back out, I saw this license plate laying there. It was not there when I went in. It was a 1928 Texas truck plate. It was yellow and rusted and severely bent. I thought it would be a cool decoration to hang on the wall. I took it inside. That night I was getting ready for bed and I heard the TV pop really loudly, not like when they cool down from being on. Did not think anything about it and went to bed. That next morning I got up and the TV had been shifted back three inches ( I was a bachelor and you could see where the dust ended.) I started having unexplainable noises and seeing something or someone walking around my apartment. The fornt door would sound like it would open and when I would check it all three locks were still in place. Same with my sliding glass door, it would sound like the screen door would open and then the glass door. I would check it and the bar chain and the door lock were in place. One night I was on the phone with my fiance (wife now) and I was laying in bed facing the door, and I saw a head walk out of my bedroom. Once we got married, the ghost would call my wife and mess with the cats. We figured out that it was the license plate when we had it in storage nothing would happen, but when it was back with us the activity would start up agian. Later on I gave it to a friend and he is still having the same things happen. That is where my username came from.

13. Wow, that's a long story, and a helluva one!
That's the most words I've gotten out of you yet...Thanks for telling it! Truly freaky and scary. I think I would've chucked it into the next county...Yipes.

:scared:

14. It was never frightening
I think he wanted to let his presence known, the wildest thing he ever did, was one night after my wife and I got married, we were going to bed and from the living room came this low moan, it did it three times. We were both awake and I asked my wife if she heard that and she did, the cats heard it to, because they came beating it out of the living room at a dead run. The cats slept with us all night. Tiger laid at my head the whole time.
