Favorite beer?
After having three Guinesses tonight, it's fast unseating my previous favorite, Sam Adams. What's your favorite beer?

17. It is fabulous!
The ONLY good thing about the recent Republicaban regime in GA is that they passed a law allowing higher alchol content beers. Within walking distance of my abode, except, of course, on Sundays, is a wonderful wine and beer shop which offers a huge selection of fine European beers.

I first had Chimay in Belgium while backpacking through Europe. So just travel on over the GA border and get some for yourself! Prost!

My default beer of choice is Leinenkugel's Honey Weiss. It's what I keep in the fridge. It's very hard to find out in restaurants and bars, at least by me (west Michigan). I also like the amber.

Way too many choices. I can't even decide on a favorite within the many different beer STYLES, much less a favorite overall.

My fave of the moment is Saint Arnold's Spring Bock, but I also have some Celebrator Doppelbock in the 'fridge, along with my last bottle of Anchor's OSA seasonal offering.

Slainte!

Especially their Elissa IPA. Regional beers are fresher & it's good to support local business.

But--I'm also another Houstonian who can't just choose one. Guinness is classic & the world is full of interesting beers.

And you're spot on about supporting local brewers. Saint Arnold's is the oldest micro in Texas. They put a lot of effort into their beers.

62. Favorite beers
in no order whatsoever

Labbatt's Blue - First beer I ever regularly drank. The beer that gave me my first hangover
Molson - Gotta love twin labels. Very good stuff.
Leinenkugel's Honey Weiss - I love it.
Corona - A very good lighter beer.
Pacifico - Better than Corona.
Sam Adams - One of the very few major domestics I will drink.
Pabst Blue Ribbon - I don't care what anyone says, this is some quality beer.
Bell's Oberon - A summer beer from Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo.

Pretty much any Heifeweizen, wheat, or summer beer. I really love a good wheat beer.

I very rarely if ever will drink a Bud Light, only if it's my only option except for Miller Lite. If someone forced me to choose, I'd choose Budweiser because it only tastes somewhat like pee. Miller tastes exactly like pee.

My favorite is Leinenkugel's, though. Great beer.
