Well I did my good deed for the month

I got all my mother's files off her old hard drive and moved to her new PC I built her. And before we left her house all her programs from the old pc were working and functioning properly. And I got them networked and so now my dad can get on the internet too.

Man Am I tired.

I've watched people work on computers, and this looks so hard, so complex I can't even imagine. Never mind BUILD one. I thought I hadn't seen you tonight; now I know where you were. I'd say, if you believe in such things, that you've earned your place in heaven! I can barely use my computer, never mind fix or build one...

Your mom is one lucky lady, and I'm sure she knows it, and appreciates it, also.

5. I pulled my hair out trying to get to them for the last two months.

All the while hearing how she needed those files. I finally bought a router and took the hard drive back to her old pc and put it in and network the two pcs together and was able to pull the files off between crashes and blue screens so that she could get them. It was very frustrating.
