2. I used to drink coffee all the time, and tea on occasion, but
now my stomach can't handle the coffee. I haven't had a cup since December...

4. I'm sorry....
What a sad state of affairs! Will you ever be able to drink it again? Do you still miss it or have you gotten over it?

...but then -- which tea are we speaking of? People make a "tea" out of everything! Wake up & smell the coffee!!

10. I used to....
drink coffee all the time ... it upset my stomach but what the heck, I love the stuff. then one day I forgot some coffee remains in the machine for a week , went out of town , came back , and despite all the mold infesting my maker I just rinsed it , prepared a cup , drank it..... let's just say I almost saw jesus that night!

Still scared of coffee to this day, that's why I limit myself to 2 cups a week ,and drink tea in between!

19. Both, coffe in the morning, tea in the afternoon
If I drink coffee later than about midday I find it impossible to get to sleep; on the other hand if I don't drink coffee in the mornings I find it impossible to get any work done.

Generally drink green-tea rather than black, but am happy with either.

23. that's not it, tj
Edited on Thu Mar-10-05 07:42 AM by Skittles
because my mum's tea in Chicago is simply not as good as the stuff she makes in her homeland - same brand. Likewise, I can take American coffee to England and it won't taste as good. Maybe we just all have our niches! :D

LOL, my mum took a slight overdose of her insulin not long ago and the paramedics had to drink a cup of tea before they left her house; my brother said they were just tickled pink. My mum is Brit to the core! :D

26. coffee in the morning, tea on occasion in the afternoon
but if I am getting a virus or otherwise fighting an illness, I wake up with no appetite for coffee and crave tea!

I like strong fresh coffee, with good cream.
