HMMM I would have to say the fists. I wanted so bad to pop my boss in the nose like that. Maybe not beat him to death but just pop the snot out of him.

I was a boss at one time and kept a bunch of people in jobs during an economic downturn, which required a lot of creativity and hard work. I was also quite friendly and respectful of the employees in a number of ways. They were well paid too. You know how many of them thanked me when my stint was over, NONE, not one. I didn't let people transition rather than be fired just to get thanked but it was interesting that none of these suckers did so. Figurred that being an employee sucks, being a boss sucks as well. That's why I now work for my favorite boss of all time, ME! If you feel like, figure out a way to do that...it is the beginning of true job security. Thanks for the link.
