I'm going to Washington, D.C. today with my son, and I'm not taking the laptop. Sorry. I don't have a case for it yet, so I'm worried security will fucking break it. Or I'll drop it. My son and I will have a wonderful time freezing our Southern asses off and seeing the Nation's Capitol. I have a bit of trepidation about driving in snow, but hey, I'll live and so will they. He wants to see all the usual stuff and also the Library of Congress. How many 9 year old boys want to sse the LOC ? My son is soooo smart.

1. he definitely is smart if he wants to see the LoC
when I was in DC some years ago, the LoC was the first building I visited. I loved it. And what I enjoyed in DC also is that all the museums were for free. I saved a lot of money :)

5. not as cold as it was the last weeks
but it is supposed to snow during the weekend again before we maybe get spring next week (according to the weather guys)

16. I've put TMI on DU too
I did a Google search on my username ....... and stopped posting to some of the threads because of what I found.

Then I decided :wtf: I was only speaking the truth and I never was trying to win a popularity contest anyway.
