Seriously - housecleaning sucks!!! Then again, not sure where the butler and maid would sleep since I'm in a 1-bedroom apartment

or emanuensis (sp?)/footman/valet. would you care to engage my services? i require room and board and a modest stipend.

2. You could use the sofa if you don't mind cat hair...
but as for stipend? Would $20/week suffice. I'll take care of the groceries & bills

5. My god, I have about 200 books...
...mainly political, travel books, atlases, good literature and a few cheap novels. Take your pick

4. I couldn't survive without my weekly dose of Daysy... She is a wonderful
housekeeper and a lovely woman. She just makes my life easier, and I can't imagine trying to get by without her. I love a clean house... I just hate GETTING it that way.

8. When are they going to invent the self-cleaning house?
All those dust bunnies and hairballs always congregate around the edge of the room anyway, can't there be a vacuum system in the baseboard to whisk it away? And I'm still waiting for a replicator, after all this time.
