OK I'm back from Buddy Guy
I have seen BB King, Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray (twice), Jimmy Vauhn (sp?), Ritchie Blackmore, Steve Howe, and many more guitarists, But I have seen the best of them.
Ladies and gentleman, Buddy Guy is the best of them all.

5. I know it was kind of a silly question.
When I saw him I was with my then 5 years old son. I missed part of the show cause he kept asking to go home. The only time he stayed quiet was when Buddy Guy took his pink dotted guitar.

Hope you enjoyed it. Was it an inside concert? How big a crowd?

6. It was sold out
It was at The House Of Blues here in Cleveland. I would say about 250-500 people. I don't quite know. It had a lot of people there.

8. Otis is great
They all have a great place in the Blues position. But no matter what you think, Buddy is just too much. Everyone can mention their "best" player, but I have seen them and heard them and Buddy is just fantastic.

9. he randomly shows up at Legends in Chitown
I know because i've seen it happen. He's the owner, of course, but he doesn't play there that often. Wednesday is open jam night. Be prepared to stand in awe of people you've never heard of---it happened to me. :)

16. I saw him at the HOB-Orlando last year
He did an absolutely killer solo on "Damn Right I Got the Blues" where he walked through the crowd as he was playing. While I agree Buddy is one of the best ever, SRV is still tops in my book. BTW, I am going to see Los Lonely Boys at the HOB in June. Henry Garza is a pretty hot guitar slinger too. :-)
