Yes, it is. I saw it months ago (I forget exactly when) and the discussion around it indicated that the photo had not been tampered with.

the pic was altered via a program called Photoshop.

It seems by the responses so far it wasn't altered.

I am just shocked. If this picture is real, it means he really is a big Dick, and not in name only.

taken when he was visiting milwaukee outside one of the best custard places in the area...after i saw that picture i've had a hard time looking at the area where he's sitting...:scared:

That actually IS a real picture, as you can see, it was scanned from a newspaper. The editor was said to be chagrined because they failed to notice Big Dick's working assets when they slapped it on the front page. The right wingers were mightily pleased about it at the time.

There is another picture that made the rounds shortly after election night 00 that shows the chimp with a massive boner whilst watching teevee--at the time he thought he was the winner, it was before the recount business started....haven't seen that one around lately, but I'm sure someone has it stashed somewhere.
