straight into Boston.

I have to be near a place near a train station so i can head home on sunday morning. The plan is for me to leave DC on a friday night, get in to Boston on a saturday morning, and then on sunday, leave for home in the morning.

16. That could be managed easily enough.
You might have to switch from the commuter rail train to a regular T train to get to the right place to get you home, but it isn't anything difficult to do.

If you want the space, it's yours . . . as long as you can tolerate sharing the living room with a cat :).
