1. I'm not Irish, I'm not Catholic
I'm normally a nice, harmless person, but if anyone points out that I am not wearing green and asks if they can pinch me, they will be politely told to piss off.

39. Not Irish or Catholic here either.
I'm wearing blue jeans, a lavender t-shirt, and a jean jacket. And sandals.

No green.

2. I try to avoid wearing green on St. Patrick's Day.
I'm Irish. I have green blood. Isn't that enough for you "whirish?" :P

4. There's some green in the outfit...
But I'm not being flagrant about it.

A stop at one of the Irish bars downtown might be in order on the way home, but there will be no serious carousing on my part.

14. I always wear green most of the year....not that crazy Kelly green....
either. Since this is my favorite day I will wear an earthy shade of green. I will be out late as I officially celebrate my birthday starting at 0202 hrs.

5. I could hardly show up at the grand parade in NYC *without* Green
Edited on Thu Mar-17-05 08:27 AM by mcscajun
On Something!

Got my Irish Soda Bread Scones in the oven; will bag 'em and take 'em with me to hand out to friends and family on the parade route. :)

The music of the Bodhran is playing on the CD player as I type this, and it's a grand and glorious day for all the Irish.

And, if you don't like it, well you can all just POG MA THOIN!
(that's Irish/Gaelic for Kiss me arse!)

11. I'm English - so no
I'll raise a glass or few of guiness later on.

To be faithful to my nationality, perhaps I should go out and slaughter a few Irish folk before pinching their land.

17. As long as it's the alcoholic 'car bomb', you're ok.......
Pint of Guinness (minus an inch or so)

Jameson and Bailey's in a shot glass

Drop shot into the Guinness and chug

Good Irish 'Car Bomb'

Several of the alcoholic version could probably do quite a bit of damage.

35. Nope
Gray sweater and black pants, and I'm half-Irish and Catholic too, so there really isn't an excuse for me not wearing the green (except that I hate how I look in green).
