1. healthy?
really?

what's the fat content per serving?

what's the carb content per serving?

My healthy comfort food is popcorn. The carbs are high, but the fiber makes up for it.

3. But Amy's is "real food," made with real ingredients.
Sometimes, it's not the quantity of calories, it's the quality.

I don't pay attention to fat/carb/calories. I just try to eat as much real, quality food as possible, processed as little as possible.

That, to me, is the definition of "healthy food."

My mom always said, "If mold won't grow on it, neither will you."

4. I guess it's all in what you consider healthy.
It organic, vegetarian & made with rice pasta. The only concern I have with carbs is avoiding processed carbs.

6. Mmmmm Amy's.....
I love Amy's vegetarian Mexican dinners. The rice and beans and enchiladas. Yummy!

Gonna have to try the mac and cheese. We've got some, I just haven't tried it yet.

7. Amy's. Expensive Food for Expensive Tastes.
When you name a food after a little girl, you ought to at least make sure other little girls with Daddies and Mommies who don't have trust funds can afford it.

--p!
But it's Organic!

8. It is pricier than the cheapy frozen foods, but cheaper
than going out for lunch. I eat them for lunch most work days.
I guess using real, quality ingredients is more expensive.
