1. I think the elevator full of blood was one of the most chilling images
...ever put on film.

Overall, did not like the movie all that much - but there were parts... :scared:

2. One of the hallways in our office building reminds me of the halls
in the movie. And of course I have to walk all the way down to the end :scared: I keep waiting to look in a doorway and see a naked woman taking a bath, and then......

When we're working late at night and I know no one else is on the floor I do cartwheels down the hall just to try and shake the hebejebee's off. :scared:

But I like The Shining so much better. My only real complaint about The Shining is that Kubrick shot it full screen instead of widescreen. Kind of bugs me.
