anyone have a music recommendation?

hello everybody....i'm looking for some new bands to listen to, and am unsure of where to turn.

i really enjoy the sounds of ween, inxs, modest mouse, beastie boys, greenday, murder city devils, flogging molly, dillinger four, magnetic fields, white snake, eazy e, cubby creatures, nena and many others.

if anyone has any obscure (or unobscure) suggestions, please share.

The Yonder Mountain String Band
... and They Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead

I have recently rekindled my love of Soul Caughing and you can find some great live recordings of them at www.archive.org. Daughty is releasing an album coming up here in May.

You could check out some old Fields of THe Nephilim in prepoeration for their 2005 release.

I've also enjoyed a few tracks from Souther Culture on the Skids.

Tons of great music out there these days.
