I bought a Total Trolley..........

and there are no instructions whatsoever with it. I've searched the internet, went to Amazon's neat little thingy where you can purchase "Owner's Manuals" and everything I can think of with NO LUCK.

Any of you guys possibly have one somewhere at your house or garage or somewhere? I'd be indebted to you for a long, long time. I don't really need the whole thing. Just the very basics.

Please? Anyone? I could make it worth your while :-)

BTW......I have emailed the store where I purchased it online with no response yet.

1-888-568-5065 is the sales number. You might threaten to return it without proper documentation. Sometimes small companies don't have their act together, but they usually respond to pressure, especially for something this simple.

That's all I ask. I am an old fart, older than most here, an (unpopular to some) military career vet, a bit "orderly," but a liberal/progressive/freethinker at heart, who loves kids, the elderly, and a decent life for all--kinda like an old union guy, for the civilian contingent who doesn't 'get' the military mindset. If someone needs help, I do TRY. Don't always succeed, sorry to say--but I do give it my all.

If ya see anyone beating up on me, ask 'em to cut me an inch of slack!

It did come with an instruction manual, but it did not come with the small wrench that was supposed to be included.

I do love it! I have moved two pianos with it, and when it is not in use it is in stepladder mode, decorated with candles. Ok, so I'm a bit strange.

PS. I got the red one, btw.
