It's 100 per cent ONE OF THOSE DAYS

First off I'm tired cause I worked 16 hours yesterday. I'm in a bad mood because of other stuff. And NOW I've got this fucking incompetent collection agency bothering me.

A year ago I gave my visa number to this company to pay the bill, the money never came out and I just didn't notice, I wasn't maxed out, they just never took out the money. Then a few days ago I get a letter saying legal action is gonna come, "What the fuck," sez I.

So, I call right away to clear this up and tell them I'm sending a cheque. "Oh, why don't you do it over the phone," says the woman. So I did, somewhere in this transaction someone fucked up...their agency can't find the payment, but my banker says the money went out into their account.

And they're calling me every ten fucking minutes saying "Call your bank and ask them this." In an attempt to find the money.

If they call again, I'm gonna say, I have a statment that says I paid it, if you can't find it, tough shit... I have proof the payment was made so I fucking DARE you to try legal action.

I'm tired an grumpy, but at the end of this day I'll be back in Vancouver hoisting a beer with some pals at St. James Well.

then things will be A-okay.

I'm in the same boat - my insurance company paid for my accident last summer (knee damage after a biking accident) but the hospital seems to have lost the payment.

If I could, I'd ship a case of beer from here north for you.... Instead....
