Rough crowd tonight! :-)

I got blamed by several DUers for causing the Cubs to lose tonight. I guess all that stuff I learned in school about cause and effect was for naught, because I am many miles away from Chicago, lol. I just don't have those powers.

Also, one poster said he put me on ignore and another called for my banning. Funny thing (to me) is, I think they REALLY mean it! :D

3. Baseball sucks.

And here we had a God Damn World Cup of Women's soccer in our back yard, our women's team did better than any of our men's teams EVER HAVE and I saw NOT ONE thread about it.

4. there was the "who cares" thread

that started a whole "soccer sucks... no it doesn't" war for a week which bugged me to no end. I'd put The US Women's team against any National team of any gender.

Let's hope another league rises from the ashes.

9. Well, Why didn't you post about it?

Just because someone likes Baseball or Football doesn't mean that they are not fond of other sports (including Women's Soccer)

I think Women's Soccer is great....it's just that now the World Series is up for grabs.

5. Well...

I enjoy recreational shooting. But then, most of my fellow DU'ers likely have issues with that. So I discuss baseball...until college basketball kicks in. But then, I'm just a blue dog in many ways so political issues are still tops for me.
