Is it possible that while I slept

Someone surgically implanted a miniature railroad spike into my spine?

My neck, upper back and left shoulder blade are in excruciating pain. I can't lift or turn my head and radiating waves of pain periodically shoot down my left arm.

Is there a chiropractor in the house? It seriously does feel like there is something stuck in my back.

Ahhhhhhgh.

Perhaps you were abducted by aliens and they inserted a tracking device in your lower neck. Unlikely, but... possible.

Take a hot shower. That usually helps out some of my spinal aches.

I'm not a chiropractor but I do have some <cough> "prescribed" drugs that would do wonders for you.
