It was a hassle
but now my email is working! Yesterday I received my IMAC G5. Thanks to a woman at Cox who wanted to be challenged! She would not give up, she was determined to solve the problem and she did. Very seldom do I find anyone at Cox who is open to solve problems, but, she did. There was a snag someplace and she figured it out. This lady would not give up, she would not let me hang up, she did it!

I had trouble connecting to the Internet once after a bad thunderstorm - I think nearby lightning strikes had somehow messed up my modem (computer was unplugged). I luckily got hold of a helpful Roadrunner service representative who worked with me for about 45 minutes to get everything fixed and my Internet connection reestablished.

How's the new computer? I actually got to see an Apple IMAC (and Powerbook) up close and in person last week at my local computer store.

They're gorgeous!

3. The computer is great. Love it.
The screen is so much bigger, the speed is faster, the colors are brighter and there is much for me to discover here according to my info.

This computer does not take make space.
