THREE CHEERS FOR ME! I am almost done with the house "makeover" and

tidy-up that I commenced in January with the anticipation of selling it at a substantial profit (Los Angeles RE Market, woo hoo) and moving lock, stock and two doggies to France.

The kitchen makeover is FANTASTIC and went just according to plan, the colors (muted yellows and greens) look great, the range hood is lovely, the new butcher block counter is perfect, it looks GREAT.

The bathroom is spotless in pure white and a tan stone color trim. Clean, clean, clean and nuetral, yet relaxing and not scary.

The bedroom is now a restful light sage green with delicate blue trim.

The new lighting throughout is fresh, updated and nice without being outrageous, too expensive, too cheap or in any way scary.

The contractor has BEEN AWESOME. He totally rocks. Almost on time (He did have the flu) and definitely on budget.

The yard is almost cleaned up, the pond is out, the grass is growing; It's ALL COMING TOGETHER.

And my wedding to my french count (pinch me) is scheduled for April 14th. And on Thursday I leave for a week in Playa Del Carmen.

The real estate agent is ready to go and has the marketing plan in place, and OHMYGAWD it's all HAPPENING. SO far, the plan is working.
