*sigh*
There's no chipper Blondie this morning, sorry guys. Don't feel like faking happiness. This weekend was really amazing. My marine 'friend' was in town and things were just wonderful. I even received the best kiss of my life so far. But all good things must come to an end, and they did Sunday morning. He'll deploy in 2 days. :(

I never realized how hard saying goodbye would be. (we've had goodbyes before, but none as hard as this). So, yeah. I've sunk into a depressed state and fear they'll be no goooood mornings for a few days. *sigh*

1. I am so sorry to hear
but I can understand you totally.
To imagine to say goodbye to my bf for such a long time would almost break my heart. It is hard enough for me to say goodbye to him when I only see him not for a week or two.

But I am glad that you had such a good time with him.

4. Believe me I hope so too
and saying goodbye always sucks, no matter how long one is seperated.

It is OK for you in a pity mood. Everybody has the right to be. And who wouldn't be in such situation?

7. great
Friday afternoon it looked like I was only to see my bf for some hours Saturday afternoon/evening but then it turned out he didn't have to work Sunday, so I had him then also. We went to my mom, had a nice dinner and great conversation. My mom had finally the chance to get a better impression of my bf. Second time they met. And I was happy to have him close to me. He is such a sweet guy *beam*

11. I am also
and I hope I see him next weekend also. We have a long weekend (Eastern) and I plan to spend the time with him, even so he has to work. But today he wrote me an email, telling me he might have to go on a business trip. I don't know when though. But I have the feeling he will be gone by the weekend already. I will know tonight.

15. I hope he only have to go next week
but most of the times such business trips are ordered short term. But believe me, I really want to spend those 4 days with him. And he is looking forward to it also. I talked to him last night after we both were home again. And I told him I want to come to him Thursday night already. And his answer was "I definitely hope so".

Saturday when we saw each other again, we barely could keep our hands to each other and I have now a love bite on my neck like I am still 16 years old (kinda embarrasing)

I guess I failed to mention he turned his cell phone off (no use in having it). So that sucks also. :) But he'll call (my heart knows that but I'm trying to convince my mind). Hopefully he'll think of me and have an even better reason to come home.

33. he will stay in contact with you I am sure
once they are downrange they are happy about hearing from home and emailing or sending and receiving letters. It helps them to get through there.

I had email contact with more than one guy I met online while they where downrange. It helps them to get their mind away from the war.

16. giving up chocolate is going to be the hard one
Decaf coffee is OK if it's fresh. But giving up all of the other things that I enjoy will be worse until I find acceptable substitutes.

So You and I can be a little grumpy together. We'll work at keeping each other's smile going.

40. well - it's like this
I went to see a cardiologist last week. He ran an EKG and it looks like I've had one heart attack. My blood pressure was way high. I have an appointment to run several test and figure out how to proceed from there.
I've been checking my blood pressure since last week and it does seem like it's not white-coat hypertension as I thought.
So - now I may need to give up a few more of my favorite things. :evilfrown:

probably why I didn't go out of my way to find someone. I spent my young adult years in and out of port. I should probably deal with that. :(

I'm glad you finally got to see your favorite Marine.

Yes, you can have 1 doughnut, then off to Sgt. Trainer for you!

Spent all my energy on St. Pat's day and night!

Watched my team (Ga. Tech) win Fri, then get sent home on Sun. Did a dble workout on Sun, sent the baby blanket and birthday party on Sat. I had fun. I did practice my keyboard and soccer and taichi over the weekend, but not enough.

Where'd he take you over the weekend? :)

My weekend was good - Saturday, I just vegged out all day, and yesterday I had a wedding shower.

Yeah, normally pain is always a promise when it comes to love. Guess that's why they say it's the best and worst feeling in the world.

I'm sure he knows how lucky he is to have you there. You gave me some really good advice when I needed it and I'm the happiest I've been in months, it sucks things have taken a turn like this for you. I hope you two can make it through this and once you guys do, you'll be so incredibly close you both will never want to do anything to each other that might seperate you 2. It's a test and I hope you both pass, but I'll be praying nothing terribly bad happens. You deserve better from life and if you stay the way you are life will reward you. I'm sure my advice comes no where near as helpful as your advice you've given to me but I still wish you the best.
