5. A different kind of drug.
My gal and I are starting the South Beach Diet. Meaning I'll have to find something other than booze to calm my mind for two weeks.

You got somebody who can hook me up with some O?

6. Nature
I've quit everything under the sun, all cold turkey. To walk in the woods, hear the birds singing, smell the fresh air, be able to breathe and feel it all - better than any drug.

9. Naure does give me a mild high
During one of my early getting high on pot experiences, I thought that "You know, this feels sort of like going for a walk in the woods." I am serious.
If I remember right from college botany, you can get mildly high walking in the woods. The trees give off chemicals. It also a more oxygen rich environment.
Aside from that, I feel much more free and at peace in nature too.

7. Black Kava Root
It not only helps me relax it's also really good for you when taken in moderation. I don't know of anything else legally that has this same effect without a prescription of some sort.

Non substitution days are generally filled with music or reading of some kind, anything that occupies my busy little mind.
