RECIPE:
Kippered herring
mustard
cheese
crackers
PATIENCE

Slice cheese, place on crackers with mustard.

Toss kippered herring into front yard; turn off porch light;
eat cheese crackers quietly in the dark until raccoon/opossum/stray cat arrives to investigate herring.

Skin and bake raccoon/opossum/stray cat...discard herring.
