I figured out what the GOP is using the Schiavo issue to cover up!!!!!
Colin Powell's new book has come out, and it exposes the rampant use of steroids in the White House. Of course the GOP will roll Terri's cause in front of the world, giving everyone something to get behind or stand against, dividing us further. They needed to cover the release of this damaging blockbuster!!!!

"Pumped: Living Fast, Loose, And On The Juice During My Tumultuous DC Days—And Nights."

WASHINGTON, DC—Top Cabinet officials are up in arms about the allegations of widespread steroid use made by former Secretary of State Colin Powell in his new political tell-all Pumped: Living Fast, Loose, And On The Juice During My Tumultuous DC Days—And Nights.

"I'm gonna get it from all sides for violating the code of silence in the Players Wing," Powell wrote in the book's introduction. "A lot of people out there don't want to know why a politician suddenly gets big. Well, I hate to break it to you, but it ain't always through able policy-drafting."

In the book, Powell paints a picture of a commander-in-chief who not only permitted, but encouraged the use of performance-enhancing drugs, and an attorney general whose buttocks were knotted with gristle from daily injections of equine growth serum.

Powell neither denies nor goes into great detail about his own steroid use.

"I won't deny that I tried it—the stuff was everywhere, especially during the early days," one passage reads. "But I was blessed with certain natural gifts that, combined with my extensive military training, made steroid use largely unnecessary for me."

Powell alleges that during the early days of Operation Enduring Freedom, 80 percent of Bush's Cabinet was abusing steroids.

2. I believe Powell, but I have 2 questions.
Why don't I see a lot of hunks wandering the WH?

What in the world would they want to do this for? I disagree with steroid use, but I can understand why sports figures use them. I doubt they do anything to enhance someones mental abilities or endurance for long hours, and I don't recall seeing any WH employees doing anything that required physical strength!

5. EQ
> Equine Growth Serum? :wtf: is up with that?

They probably mean Equipose, aka EQ. That is a great drug. I've never taken it, but I know several guys in their late 60's and early 70's that it really helped. Chemically, it's a lot like Deca Durabolin, but it works very differently. Two of the guys can walk now after the help they got from taking large doses of EQ and small doeses of testosterone for about 12 weeks. Because doctors don't care about the old, you can't legally get help like that. The AMA would rather see you quickly waste away and die.
