My 'puter went crazy......I can't format any outgoing emails?

What happened? On Outlook express my the entire row where font, size and bold is has nothing in it. The 'Rich text' is dotted, but nothing there and can't get it to come back..What did I do?

2. Hard to say from your description but check this:

When you start a new message, click on the View menu at the top of the window, from the list that drops down select Toolbars and make sure the Formatting Bar has a check mark next to it.

This advice may not prove too useful since I don't use Outlook Express. However, it is installed on my computer so I did take a quick glance at it - and that would appear to be the easiest explanation/solution for your problem.
