Zoiks! Mystery email addy /weird domain in China: help!

First: I am a Mac user.
Secondly: I am pretty much a doofus on this stuff.

I was just sending an email via my Entourage address book.
As I typed in the first letters of the recipient's name, several names come up. That's normal.


One of the names was completely unfamiliar and one of those classic "Spam" kinda names.

Creepily, I combed my entire address book for that and any other mystery names.
None there.
I could only get the weird name if I started to type out the letters.

So I suppose this means it is "hiding", right?

I put the email address through Whois.net and get a buncha stuff from China (I can paste it into a post if that is helpful).

So: what does this mean,
what should I do,
could there be more hidden e-mails in there?

Again, I'm a dumbass and a Mac user so I don't know anything about all that virus stuff.

Am I hosed?
