As if I don't get enough junk, I'm getting credit offers for other people

Lately, I've been getting credit card offers for my brother. He's never lived here. We haven't lived at the same address for over 10 years and that's 500 miles away. We do have the same first initial, but that's about it. How would they associated his name with my address. Should I be concerned? This did start happening after I had some credit cards stolen, but I did a fraud alert and check my credit and there was nothing suspicious.
