2. I knew a guy who had a scanner on during the Seattle Riots in '99.
He heard something like this:

"Sarge, I've got a black Toyota parked in a no parking zone, there are two naked females in the vehicle, and well.... they're making out."

The response:

"You need backup, stay right where you are, and take no action. I'm on my way."
