Can you see/feel results from exercise after one month?
For the fitness experts (which I'm obviously not!)

Can you see/feel actual results from exercising regularly after a full month? (that's how long I've been going to aerobics)

I'm starting to FEEL better anyways. :)

1. Yup!
I'm not a fitness expert, but I know I've personally started to notice a difference after 2-3 weeks of working out regularly! Good for you! :bounce:

2. Yes you can...
I don't know if I qualify as an expert...but I did lose 135 pounds the old fashioned way - through diet and exercise. I know I felt a ton better after just a month.

7. 3 times a week.
I'm thinking of doing it until spring when it's really nice, then I will walk. Don't like to walk when it's cold out. :)

5. YES, YOU CAN! Now, get back on the treadmill and go another half hour
I could see a big change in myself after a month when I started exercising again after a long long layoff.

I think I was the only one who could see it, but the changes were there.

I am so happy for you . . . . keep up the good work.

8. Thanks!
it's been a long winter and I wasn't doing much of anything then. Now I'm sensing more than seeing a change in me, but I have to keep plugging away at this.

:)
