Anybody buy from Petcarerx? Do the phone calls annoy you?

I buy heartworm meds for the pups from petcarerx. I buy enough for 6 months at a time- they know this. I am now getting daily phone messages saying I need to reorder. I still have a three month supply left. EVERY day for the past three days. I have tried to call them to stop but they don't have any live people there when I am able to call. What the heck are they thinking? Piss off our customers so they don't bother us with those pesky orders?
