The sap is running in VT. How do you like your maple syrup?
I'm into waffles myself, but I also like it in yogurt.

(btw, the area where I live, with all the sugaring going on... mmmm... the air smells delicious)

5. Maple is my favorite
flavor. I had a blast when we went to Vermont, I bought so much syrup and every kind of maple candy I could find. I came home and ate sugary syrupy stuff for a month. Mmmmmmmmm.

6. I'm a city kid...
...more or less, born in Dorchester, and can remember that when I moved up here 20 years ago, seeing for the first time the big plastic buckets of taps by the register in all the hardware stores, I had a 'Toto, I don' think this is Kansas any more' moment.
