5. You are disqualified
for using that stuff. I don't like the smell, and I never know what I am supposed to do for 20 minutes so that I don't get it all over the furniture!

9. lol
I'm not partial to the smell myself, but if I use a razor, I always end up with several cuts. I'm not down with pain, yanno. :P

months. I hate shaving more than just about any other body maintenance routine. Blech. Wish I had the money to wax regularly or that it was blond and soft.

edit: i am also tired, replied to the wrong post, sorry! should have been to the op, now it's just awkward... ;-P

:hi: Haven't shaved since last fall, either. Been wearing pants all winter.

I don't know when I will shave. Possibly when I need to wear shorts, finally.

10. WOOHOO! Another person boycotting the razor
It's funny but since I stopped shaving my hair doesn't come in as fast as it used to when I shaved on a regular basis. The only place it looks gnarly is my knees...LOL...

12. I have new muscles!!!
I just found them the other day when I shaved for the first time in I don't know when.

I have a new job where I walk alot. I didn't know what it was at first, I first thought it was a tumor, it was so hard. Then I checked and I had one on the other side too.

Thanks for posting this, to give me a chance to share about my new muscles. I haven't told anyone, cause I didn't want to have to share how I found out about them during the spring mowing.

16. Remember when it was a passage to womanhood though?
I used my mother's razor to shave my legs but I cut myself--- I didn't know that it was a bad idea to shave dry skin, no soap or water or anything!

18. I Like Natural Unshaven Legs and Other Female Body Hair
I would like to speak out and say that I am a man who has always had an attraction to unshaven legs and other natural body hair on women, since I was young.

It has often bothered me, and I have sometimes been a little sad, that just about anything else has been acceptable in our society except for natural body hair on women. I remember it particularly bothered me in the 1970's when men grew their hair long that so comparatively few women let the hair grow on their legs or underarms.

And I know that there are at least some other men who have the same attraction. In fact I suspect there are many, but who keep silent about it.

So I am pleased to see this thread.

21. I stopped shaving my legs about 20 years ago.
I can't say it has ever bothered me NOT to shave. Seems to me that it seems pretty stupid to keep on shaving all the time when I really feel that it is natural and acceptable to have body hair if you are a mammal.

Additionally, it always bugged hell out of me that it was only WOMEN who were supposed to be hairless.

I have found that it is usually women who care about it--the men I've known have never cared one way or the other if my legs were shaved...

27. but men are shaving everything now.
it's the metrosexual thing.

I remember on Big Brother 2 (i think it was 2) when the guy that eventually won said "I shave every part of my body every day, including my balls." I thought, damn, it's getting harder to be a man than a woman, hygeine wise.

I don't like that at all. Some places should never be bald, and sure as hell should never have stubble.

24. Haven't Shaved Legs Since . . .
August 2004! I'll shave when the weather breaks. My man isn't complaining, so I'm not too concerned.

25. I'm with you...I rarely shave anymore!
In any season...Though I do it more in the warm weather months when I'll be wearing skirts or other such things. My husband couldn't care less. And one other thing, I've found as I get older, that I have less leg hair than ever before. I'm not sure if this is something to be concerned about, but it does make things easier!
